  • Payment: Payment data is processed exclusively by our secure provider Stripe. We do not have access to your banking details.

  • Managing and shipping your orders.

  • Sending occasional updates regarding the Artist's news (exhibitions, openings, events), if you have opted in.

  • Complying with accounting and tax obligations related to the VAT system.

4. DATA RECIPIENTS

Your data is strictly confidential. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. The only recipients are Stripe (for payment) and tax authorities if required by law.

5. RETENTION PERIOD

  • Invoicing data: 10 years (legal obligation).

  • News and Exhibition data: Until you request to unsubscribe.
