Delivery and Returns
1. Tailored Delivery
Each artwork is unique and precious; therefore, shipping arrangements are handled on a personalized basis. The price displayed in your cart corresponds exclusively to the value of the artwork. Specialized packaging, transport, and insurance costs will be subject to a complementary quote or separate billing, depending on your geographical location and the dimensions of the piece.
2. Quotes and Lead Times
Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you to propose the most suitable transport solution (art courier, ad valorem insurance, etc.). Shipping will only be initiated following the client's acceptance and payment of the delivery fees.
3. Insurance and Reception
All our shipments include insurance covering the full value of the artwork. It is the client's responsibility to inspect the package in the presence of the carrier and to issue immediate formal reservations in the event of any visible damage.
4. Returns and Cancellations
-
Online Boutique Purchases: In accordance with current legislation, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the artwork. To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs and associated insurance are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Upon receipt, the artwork will be inspected. If it shows signs of hanging, excessive handling, or display, a deduction for depreciation will be applied, in accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code.
-
Commissioned Works: For any commissioned project involving a deposit or a specific contract outside the online shop, no right of withdrawal applies once the creation process has begun. Sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted for custom-made works.
-
Acquisitions during Exhibitions: For any artwork purchased physically at a fair, exhibition, or studio sale, sales are final. These sales are not subject to the right of withdrawal; they are not eligible for any return, exchange, or refund.
