Delivery and Returns
1. Delivery Fees and Lead Times
Delivery fees are applied as a fixed rate per artwork, according to the delivery zone:
-
Metropolitan France: €29
-
European Union: €49
-
French overseas territories: €79
-
Rest of the world: €129
Each artwork is carefully prepared, protected and insured before dispatch. The delivery fee paid at checkout is a contribution to the transport costs; packaging, preparation and insurance are handled with care before dispatch.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the carrier and any customs formalities.
2. Insurance and Reception
All our shipments include insurance covering the full value of the artwork. It is the client's responsibility to inspect the package in the presence of the carrier and to issue immediate formal reservations in the event of any visible damage.
3. Returns and Cancellations
-
Online Boutique Purchases: In accordance with current legislation, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the artwork. To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs and associated insurance are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Upon receipt, the artwork will be inspected. If it shows signs of hanging, excessive handling, or display, a deduction for depreciation will be applied, in accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code.
-
Commissioned Works: For any commissioned project involving a deposit or a specific contract outside the online shop, no right of withdrawal applies once the creation process has begun. Sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted for custom-made works.
-
Acquisitions during Exhibitions: For any artwork purchased physically at a fair, exhibition, or studio sale, sales are final. These sales are not subject to the right of withdrawal; they are not eligible for any return, exchange, or refund.
